Court orders cartoon characters to witness stand
ROME, Italy (AP) -- Tweety may get a chance to take the witness stand
and sing like a canary.

An Italian court ordered the animated bird, along with Mickey Mouse,
Donald Duck and his girlfriend Daisy, to testify in a counterfeiting
case.
In what lawyers believe was a clerical error worthy of a Looney Tunes
cartoon, a court in Naples sent a summons to the characters ordering
them to appear Friday in a trial in the southern Italian city, officials
said.

The court summons cites Titti, Paperino, Paperina, Topolino -- the
Italian names for the characters -- as damaged parties in the criminal
trial of a Chinese man accused of counterfeiting products of Disney and
Warner Bros.

Instead of naming only the companies and their legal representatives,
clerks also wrote in the witness list the names of the cartoons that
decorated the toys and gadgets the man had reproduced, said Fiorenza
Sorotto, vice president of Disney Company Italia.

"Unfortunately they cannot show up, as they are residents of
Disneyland," Sorotto joked in a telephone interview with The Associated
Press. "It certainly pleased us that the characters were considered
real, because that's what we try to do."

The Naples court will have to rewrite the summons, although this will
probably delay the trial, said Disney lawyer Cristina Ravelli.
"Let's hope the characters will not be prosecuted for failing to
appear," Ravelli quipped.

Calls seeking comment from Warner Bros. in Milan were not immediately
returned. Phones at the Naples court were not answered Tuesday.

A random post ( my thoughts)

Well im posting a new entry i know its been awhile but im back well its
the same old really well the weather been cold and stuff guess its the
first sign of winter coming, well so far we had really cold winds and
snow flurries well like 1 to 3 inches of snow well i seen my friend i
havent seen in awhile well the person shes was with turned up to be a
whole another person its ashame because i saw one side of him and he
turned out to be another person even though they were two diffrent ages
its a shock how one person became well i told my friend to now not rush
into things because its not worth it and to find someone you get along
with. Well at least she learned her lesson not to go for just anyone,, i
cant really bad mouth the guy because i dont know him but from what i
saw its a shock to me how it all ended.. Well anyways the holidays are
here so hope it alls get better yep i hope so and im hopeing i have a
good year in 2008, well just wanted to post an entry so i didnt forget
my blog.. Well imma let this one go for one today or ill post another
entry later.........

Small places to be in

Another entry i guess imma use that when i make an entry lol its funny
tho today was a gloomy day and im making this entry at a normal time
well i went out to the mall well i stayed on the island today the mall
changes every second of everyday its weird i guess living in staten
island you seem to understand its a small place to live in well bough to
live in besides the city the city is big so i hardly come to the island
mall cuz its like seeing the same stuff over and over so i go to queens
to shop and manhatten diffrent things to see,, heres just a random
picture dont know why...

Another entry like another day

Another day another entry well its getting chilly here like always thats
when you know winters here.. Well lets see it was a quiet day really
which is a good thing that was because it was a sunday now as im writing
this its a monday morning so all my entries bout what did is the day
before, well anyway another day with my sidekick lx go team blue lol its
funny tho cuz half of the people have blue sidekick lx and some have
brown sidekick lx well i bout some shoes today a coach pair imma upload
a picture of it,,well anyway everyone is waiting for the broadway and
television strike to end,, too many strikes im surprised they cant come
up with an agreement its ashame really people pay all this money for
tickets and its bad for the people well now its like noone isnt going to
see a broadway shows on thanksgiving weekend which is this week.. Well
in other news its good to hear that the california forest fires are
calmed down.. Its ashame it happened and alot of people lost there
homes its shame,, well im hopeing everything goes back to normal well
what else happening oh yea i been eating something which i dnt knw what
cause it but its been killing my stomach and its really anoying that i
dont know whats causeing it to happen i know its not doing it everyday
but when i eat certain foods which i havent found out which food.. Well
im guessing everything should be fine....

Well lets see its 4:22am as i write this entry i guess i can write
anytime of the day because i dont really go to sleep for some reason..
Wel anyway its already november wow i cant belive how time flys by its
almost thanksgiving, well im liking the sidekick lx alot more then the
others and i also wonder why people tend to think there all that i find
it repulsive really and i also wonder why i got a friend ive known for
like 8 years and he will only message outta the blue its weird cuz we
used to talk for hours and i know that for a fact. Well heres a pic of
my dunks i bought and i sign my friend made for me its nice... i use it
as a background for my sidekick i gotta learn how to make themes
actually since i can do alot more with the sidekick lx well today is a
friday morning wo0t now the weekends here and things to do well what can
i say blogging is actually good for you lol you get to vent lol hmmm

Well lets writin from my sidekick lx its nice well today just thinking
what imma do well i been talkin to one person and he still seems the
same way which i dont understand he needs to grow up hes around my age
but likes young girls its ashame i tell him to grow up... well i like
blogging from my email because its easy to write i hope it doesnt got a
limit on the words... well what else well the holidays is coming
thanksgiving is first then christmas is coming well i got my sidekick lx
for christmas but i got it early it doesnt matter i love it all the same

Well lets see today was a reg day for me same old i just chilled seen my
friend finally out of the blue too its funny i guess we just pop up at
random times well we chilled for a lil bit had some fried cream cheese
wontons well i didnt have to give any advice out i also found out that
my friend got into a car accident hes lucky to be alive the car is
totaled and i got friends in cali which there goin through a fire storm

Well today i relized im gettin the sidekick lx on
11/2/2007 wo0t cant wait i been waitin for this for awhile like everyone
else has well some people were able to get theres be4 everyone else but
hey i look at it like this im still gettin it early where ill have money
for the sidekick slide later on this yr or def next year.. Well lets see
what else happened today well i tracked my nike dunks from kids
footlocker so i should have it by this friday oh and i relized sumthing
bout that since its in kids size wow i can really wear kids size
sneakers wo0t small foot yay i cant stand to have big feet then the
sneakers wouldnt look right well any way since i can buy kids sneakers
my dunks are gonna only cost me 55.00 dollars then paying 70.00 dollars
so i do save money on that one and i do love sneakers i dnt really like
shoes but who cares right every one is diff well heres a pic of my pink
and black dunk well hopefully the pick goes throgh.....

what im thinking

Well today i been thinking bout alot of stuff like well for instants a friend ask for some advice and i gave it and he didnt take it and the advice i gave came to be tru cause he seen how it showed how these girls hes been playing with turned out to be tru of coarse he didnt take it so im like why ask for advice if your not gonna take it and i told him not to get into drama with them cause its not worth it... i guess its just me cuz i see things diffrently then others cuz most advice i give to ppl turn out to be tru i can see who likes drama and who doesnt but most ppl i knw love that drama well to me its a big heartache why should you live with drama when havein a calm life is better. Its funny when someone does sumthin to provoke drama and they seee it with there eyes there like oh boy get me out of this mess its ashame how people think...
