quiet day

well im posting in the year 2009 anyway i see this day and i wonder i worked a double today i
also read my schedule wrong
i miss a day. i also wanna know when people are gonna be up front with stuff

Just a random entry this morning

Well decided to get back into blogging again well its 6:33am on a sunday
morning well i got work this afternoon 2pm till 6pm its somewhat busy
during the weekend guess its because the holidays then you got people
that like to argue over sumthing stupid its actually funny but what can
i say i just bite my tongue when it needs to be because i can go off but
i dont need the hassle of it i worked saturday it was pretty busy i
didnt get one second to myself i left at 7pm started at 1pm everyone
packs the lines like its a mad house and have nuthing better to do..

Another entry into one of my many blogs lol anyway counting down till i get the sidekick lx ota wo0t video finally and other features anyway ugh gettin prepaired for a heat wave in the 90s here in newyork we just gotta bare with it.. Well that only means summers coming soon guess since we only had a partial winter so we get stuck with a real hot summer well hopefully no blackouts come along its not good on a hot day...

Court orders cartoon characters to witness stand
ROME, Italy (AP) -- Tweety may get a chance to take the witness stand
and sing like a canary.

An Italian court ordered the animated bird, along with Mickey Mouse,
Donald Duck and his girlfriend Daisy, to testify in a counterfeiting
case.
In what lawyers believe was a clerical error worthy of a Looney Tunes
cartoon, a court in Naples sent a summons to the characters ordering
them to appear Friday in a trial in the southern Italian city, officials
said.

The court summons cites Titti, Paperino, Paperina, Topolino -- the
Italian names for the characters -- as damaged parties in the criminal
trial of a Chinese man accused of counterfeiting products of Disney and
Warner Bros.

Instead of naming only the companies and their legal representatives,
clerks also wrote in the witness list the names of the cartoons that
decorated the toys and gadgets the man had reproduced, said Fiorenza
Sorotto, vice president of Disney Company Italia.

"Unfortunately they cannot show up, as they are residents of
Disneyland," Sorotto joked in a telephone interview with The Associated
Press. "It certainly pleased us that the characters were considered
real, because that's what we try to do."

The Naples court will have to rewrite the summons, although this will
probably delay the trial, said Disney lawyer Cristina Ravelli.
"Let's hope the characters will not be prosecuted for failing to
appear," Ravelli quipped.

Calls seeking comment from Warner Bros. in Milan were not immediately
returned. Phones at the Naples court were not answered Tuesday.

A random post ( my thoughts)

Well im posting a new entry i know its been awhile but im back well its
the same old really well the weather been cold and stuff guess its the
first sign of winter coming, well so far we had really cold winds and
snow flurries well like 1 to 3 inches of snow well i seen my friend i
havent seen in awhile well the person shes was with turned up to be a
whole another person its ashame because i saw one side of him and he
turned out to be another person even though they were two diffrent ages
its a shock how one person became well i told my friend to now not rush
into things because its not worth it and to find someone you get along
with. Well at least she learned her lesson not to go for just anyone,, i
cant really bad mouth the guy because i dont know him but from what i
saw its a shock to me how it all ended.. Well anyways the holidays are
here so hope it alls get better yep i hope so and im hopeing i have a
good year in 2008, well just wanted to post an entry so i didnt forget
my blog.. Well imma let this one go for one today or ill post another
entry later.........
